The Equicycle travel project was set up by Amelie Racine, Canadian and Mark Schanzleh, Dutch. Together, they traveled 4000km on folding bicycles through Switzerland, Germany and the Netherlands. Conducting a study on the best practices in cycle tourism, these Nomads decided to support the Montreal not for profit organization Equiterre, with the help of 14 sponsors.

Meeting and staying with the locals, traveling in a meaningful and sustainable way and challenging their own capabilities; these are just a few examples of what the Equicycle travel project brought them.
